![]() Today, the language is spoken in many countries including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of The Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Somalia, Malawi and many other countries long the South-Eastern Coastline including South Africa that just recently included it on its school's curriculum. The two communities had to find a way to communicate better and this resulted into a new language "Swahili". The Swahili language was started as a result of intermarriage between the Bantu Speaking people of East Africa and the Arab traders. I trust that by the end of this course, a learner will be able to confidently start conversations with other people in the Swahili language.Ī brief background about the Swahili language. ![]() ![]() I believe that this course is definitely going to help many people out there that always had their fears when it came to learning a new language (Swahili) love the language. The course helps beginners and Semi-beginners grasp and learn the fundamentals of the Swahili language to be able to start speaking the language with ease.
